SHIPPING INFO
Most of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchases from our studio in Miami, subject to availability.
Once your order has been shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 3-5 business days of its ship date.
We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international orders, which is $36.00 USD via USPS Priority Mail International. All international orders have a delivery time of 6 -10 business days. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Oliva Campo is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your customs office for further information.
By law, Oliva Campo must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Oliva Campo, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Oliva Campo. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit. In the instance the return fees exceed the amount of the merchandise plus shipping cost, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
