RETURN POLICY

Olivacampo.com will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in sell-able condition with original tags. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Items purchased on SALE are Final Sale, NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. 

To process a return, please email us at customerservice@olivacampo.com with a reason for your return, as well as any feedback for us.

Your return must be shipped to us within 14 days from the date you received your shipment in order to be accepted.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases. Once we receive your package, we will promptly notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Items purchased under discount codes will be issued an exchange for the total discounted amount, NOT the original price of the items.
